Core Custom Abutment

Virtual design software allows us to design from an optically scanned model a fully integrated screw or cement retained Zirconia custom abutment. A fully contoured and coloured anatomical custom abutment, with coloured anatomically support framework for most implant systems.

Core Milled Titanium Bars

Dramatically increase your lab’s productivity and profitability in the fast-growing implant marketplace with patient specific, digitally created and precision milled titanium screw retained bars from Core3dcentres. Utilize our completely digital workflow or send us your standard models to scan - our open systems handle a wide variety of major implant systems.

Exceptionally strong yet light, their seamless, one-piece design eliminates any weakness that might have been caused by soldering or laser welded joints. Superstructures are fabricated without any of the stresses or distortions that might have occurred under the casting process. These bars exhibit ideal load transfer, and long-term stability. Returned to you surface finished according to prescription, ready to be built up in composite

Core Resin

Our resin frameworks and full contour crowns are 100% ash free when burned out so can be used in traditional methods of lost wax technique for large span bridgework or gold shell crowns. Alternatively they could be used with pressing techniques for ceramics. Our Resin core can be supplied as an individual product for a scanned model or as a fully contour resin crown on top of your Zirconia Core framework to be used in pressing.

Core Chrome Partial frameworks

Chrome Partial frameworks are still commonly prescribed in dental practices however as a time consuming and messy process most laboratories subcontract or don't offer these. Now with available software you will be able to send your designed frameworks to be manufactured in either resin, to be tried in and then cast as per C&B, or direct to Chrome cobalt using laser sintering.

Core Models

Models have traditionally been made from manually pouring stones and gypsum in to impressions however new digital technology allows the dentist or lab to scan the impression or the oral cavity and create the model on screen for designing without the pouring process. However the model is still required for final production of the porcelain. Core3dcentres have the ability to create these models and return them with your case. Therefore removing the need for you to pour a model.

Core Metal

Our non precious metal copings and frameworks are made by laser sintering of chrome cobalt from a cad file. The process allows accurate metal copings without the need for casting
